Louise loves helping people discover how to adapt a yoga practice to their own unique bodies and lives, finding joy, relaxation, strength, and healing in the process. She specialises in dynamic and creative flow yoga classes full of variations to suit your own body and practice.

We’re all about indulgence, not abstinence. With a menu inspired by our travels and delivered using local, ethical ingredients, we’re on a mission to prove that delicious food doesn’t have to come at the expense of animals or the planet.

We want as many people to participate in our retreat as possible, which is why booking a room for two is cheaper. Want to join in the fun but don’t have a plus one?
