Nestled at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands, Saorsa 1875 is the UK’s first 100% plant-based hotel. Set in two acres of rolling woodland overlooking the picturesque town of Pitlochry, our 19th-century building has 11 individually designed en-suite rooms named after wildlife local to the area.

we are purely plant-powered
Unlike other plant-based establishments, there’s no ultra-processed, fake meat on our menus. All of our dishes are focused on the humble fruit and vegetable. Everything is cooked completely from scratch using natural, local, and (where possible) organic produce.
Our kitchen serves a delicious, nightly-changing tasting menu that must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to minimise food waste. Breakfast is included in our room rates. A la carte lunch is available.
